Job Summary: This position supports the installation, tracking, and administrative success of Duncan Security’s jobsite surveillance program. Acting as the central point of support, this individual ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to the program’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sign-up process for jobsite surveillance by serving as a liaison between sales representatives, subscribers, and other team members.
- Create and provide Service and Monitoring Agreements sending to the customer for execution.
- Ensure all administrative paperwork/agreements are completed from the subscriber.
- Entering data accurately in the computer system, and attaching documentation to the electronic record as needed.
- Verify all paperwork was completed and files are stored appropriately.
- Research and resolve any issues with paperwork involved with the jobsite surveillance program.
- Turn paperwork into accounting for billing and work with accounting to resolve billing issues.
- Update accounting on any subscriber billing changes.
- Update subscriber agreements as necessary.
- Create and provide Service and Monitoring Agreements sending to the customer for execution.
- Creates all service tickets, and track the installation process to completion.
- Communicate with technicians regarding specific installation requirements and ensure they have all necessary parts and instructions.
- Coordinate and schedule all installs with customers and technicians.
- Create all accounts in the security software platform and give access to the customer for online viewing. This includes, but not limited to, creating and adjusting user profiles, notification and monitoring settings in the software platform as requested by the customer.
- Assist with all inquiries from subscribers and law enforcement for footage as needed.
- Conduct daily reviews of footage to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure all camera systems are functioning as intended, promptly addressing any identified problems.
- Assist with jurisdictional matters.
Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of security and related technologies, with at least 3 years of professional experience in administrative or relevant roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to assist with complex projects and tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Experience:
3 Years administrative experience required.
Experience in the low-voltage wiring industry and its application preferred.
Education:
High school diploma.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
