Job Summary: This position is responsible for billing and collecting customer accounts.  You will also be asked to process payments and handle some customer complaints. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated.

Responsibilities: 

  • Invoicing customer accounts.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for all activities of the Warehouse. This includes receiving and return of inventory, collecting orders for technicians, basic upkeep of the warehouse area, and maintain, organize, and control inventory as needed. Other tasks include assisting with pulling orders to be issued to the Techs and driving for pickup and delivery as needed. It also includes helping the Fleet Manager with Company vehicles and performing any duties necessary to maintain those vehicles. They are also responsible for the basic upkeep of the Main Office and Showroom buildings and assists with other building issues for the Company as needed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Pull tickets/fulfill orders for technician jobs. This includes pulling reports, gathering items for each specific job, and making sure the tech receives everything needed before they leave.
  • Receive and check all deliveries of product from vendors. This includes adding all information in the system as needed. Responsible for stocking items once they are accepted and cataloged.
  • Handle all returns of products from techs and products that needs to be returned to the vendor for credit. This includes determining if the product can be restocked for use or not and makes sure all items are dealt with accordingly. Ships all returns to vendors for credit.
  • Organize and maintain all inventory, including B Stock items.
  • Basic upkeep of the Warehouse space.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for selling security service (agreements) to home owners. Once a homeowner is about to close on their house, the employee will schedule an appointment and meet with them in order to provide them with more services and to obtain an agreement for security monitoring. The employee is compensated based on the other products sold and agreements secured.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet (and strive to exceed) sales goals each month. Each month you are required to:
    • Contact each lead.
    • Set the orientation appointments.
    • Sell security monitoring to the customers.
  • Conduct sales appointments with customers:
    • Appointments are to be set before the customer closes on their new home or at the customer’s convenience. This may require some evening appointments and will require Saturday appointments.
    • The sales appointment includes the orientation of security system and selling security monitoring.
  • Set appointments, maintain, update, and follow up with all leads, which are provided weekly. You are responsible for:
    • Contacting all current opportunities by email and a phone call each week.
    • Following up with customers by phone and email daily.
    • Daily update all contact information, appointments set with date and time, results of appointments, and any notes from contacts with customers.
  • Work leads in your assigned territory including:
  • Current Opportunity leads from your weekly lead report.
